I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to shopping centers and dining places. It was really convenient being near the MRT station, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff were helpful and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was conveniently situated just 500 meters away from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and Plaza Singapura. The staff were also helpful with carrying our luggage and providing recommendations for places to visit.
The bathroom lacked safety features for older guests and the shower curtains gave off a creepy vibe.
